This rental includes the entire duplex, making it perfect for larger groups who would enjoy some privacy but are still all under one roof. Three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor and the laundry is located in the basement. There is one bedroom and one half bathroom on the first floor. There is a futon in the office if you need additional sleeping space. This area is a bit odd, as it is located off of the bathroom, but there is a door separating the rooms, so you can use it if needed. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. We warmly welcome your furry family members with a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
