ALL BEDROOMS FIT QUEENS,(have windows) TONS OF CLOSETS FRIENDLY RESPONSIVE LANDLORD MIDDLE FLOOR Hello guys, I have an awesome 2 bedroom apt on east 2nd street 1 1/2 blocks/ 1 ave from 1st & 1st subway. lots of light from the garden in the back of the building where its quiet. It overlooks a big green backyard area with tons of trees. The 1st bedroom fits a king size bed, dresser, etc & has a closet and window. The other two bedrooms fits a queen, dresser, half closet and window. Nice living room with a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The landlord is friendly and responsive. They only raises the rent about 100 to 150 a year usually and can do two year leases after the first year. Takes out of state guarantors (if needed but not mandatory) There is an exterminator that comes around every month and you and request them to visit your apt if you like. The area is awesome- easy walking distance to everywhere in the Lower East Side, East Village, Soho, Nolita, Little Italy etc. Tons of cool bars, pubs, shops etc. Sunshine Movie theater is a block away. Whole foods super market is 1 avenue away. The F, V train is right around the corner and 6,N,R,J,M,Z are all walking distance. Besides the astronomical amount of cool bars and restaurants several of the popular restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Little Frankies, Katz deli, Clinton Bakery, Croxleys for 10 cent wings, Poco, Two Boots Pizza, Supper, Ella, Mercury Lounge, Nickys sandwiches etc. If you have any questions, feel free to call Nicholas. The landlord asks that I ask questions like who when your looking to move in, any pets, how long they want the apt for etc. Please since its our busiest week of the year I'M PRIORITIZING CALLS & emails with phone numbers. On a side note I walk around the East Village all day and add all the all night happy hours and 1 oysters etc on my website EASTVILLAGEEVERYTHING. It's the only way I can keep track of whats going on around here. Feel free to use it if you like.
