This is a winged 2BR for the first week of August in an awesome building. The bedrooms are spacious enough for queen beds and a dresser. Both bedrooms has a big closet and overhead storage space. The apartment has a southern exposure and windows on two sides so yeah it gets a ton of light. There's an extended kitchen and hallway which gives you extra space to get creative. Basically the apartment has no issues. Both bedrooms are equal size. It's not on ave C, it's not above a bar, it's not near a hospital or on a strange block. It's actually on a well lit, active residential tree-lined street. The area is phenomenal- situated in the East Village and within walking distance to Gramercy Park, Lower East Side, Soho ect.
