The bedrooms are spacious enough for queen/fulls beds and a dresser etc. The apartment has a northern exposure and windows on two sides so it gets plenty of natural light. Both rooms have closets and there's brand new hardwood floors and new appliances throughout the apartment. Finally there's a wonderful uptown view of midtown manhattan. The area is awesome to live in on the day to day. Situated in the East Village and within walking distance to Gramercy Park, Lower East Side, Soho, Bowery Etc. There's a 24 hour Duane Reade on the corner as well as a 24 hour Key foods on the other. It's just a really convenient area to live with easy access to the rest of the city. Less than a 5 minute walk to the 2nd Ave F train and the 4/5/6/N/R Trains and m15 are all within walking distance. There's also two citibike racks one block away if you use it.
