Renovated approximately 2003. Well insulated and solid with central air and feels very spacious with 9 ft ceilings. Deck and ceiling fans added in 2011. wonderful front porch and nice landscaping . Lots of TLC. 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, yet has a small village feel. Neighborhood was built in the 1920s so there is a lot of history. Folks are moving in and renovating, but it is still affordable considering the proximity to Asheville. This house feels spacious even though it is 1000+ sq/ft. I love the yard and deck .The front porch is sweet,too. Also, zoned R2, so a second home could be built.
