I'm renting this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhouse with a one-car garage. The rent will be $2,300.00 monthly, with one month's rent required as a deposit. (It's not to be used as last month!) There are some fees associated with signing the lease agreement, including police and background checks, which are required for every adult moving in, and various paperwork fees payable to the HOA. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and TV antennas are not allowed on the building's roof. The Lease is for a year and is renewed every year until it expires. After viewing and expressing interest in renting, I will collect a fee to run a police and credit report. That amount of money is not refundable if the requirements aren't met.
