The space is about 820 sq ft and includes 1 bedroom, a 2nd smaller bedroom (best as office/den/exercise room), 1 bath, living room and very large walk-in closet in the hall. I can also include access to the locked shed if you need extra room for bike(s) or other gear. The yard is spacious and partially shaded, with two decks off the back of the house. Plenty of room for vegetable gardens. There is amble off-street parking and the driveway fits two cars. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right behind the Coal Creek Trail and there is very easy access to the trail, which connects with a variety of other trails that can take you to Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Erie, etc. The house is a mile from downtown Lafayette. The house is centrally located and about 5-10 min to Louisville, 20 minutes to Boulder, 25 minutes to Longmont and 30 min to Denver. Any questions - please ask!
