The home is 6 minutes from I90 so close enough for convenience, but far enough you don't hear the highway. One room for $1000 and the other for $900 or both for a negotiable rate. Utilities included. Planter boxes for the spring to plant your own produce Natural light, vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows Storage and closets: Shared pantry, full size closet, garage storage space Appliances: Top-priority amenities often include air conditioning, a dishwaher, and in-unit laundry. Smart home features: Smart "Nest" thermostat Utilities: Internet, Netflix, HBO Go, Hulu, water, electric all INCLUDED. Electric is included within reason. Electric exceeding normal usage will be subject to additional fees. I have 2 small, well behaved hypoallergenic dogs so pets are not preferred, but please feel to reach out to tell me about your pet. They will be considered on a case by case basis. Shorter lease terms may also be considered, but ideally looking for 6 months. First and last months rent, plus $500 security deposit due at signing.
