This 2 bedroom, 2 bath has fantastic views, huge windows, motorized window treatments, a gas fireplace, wine fridge, and...wait for it...an office!! Brick walls enhance the upscale experience. Water, sewer, trash is covered by the HOA. (Trash is in a dumpster - so convenient for those of us who can never remember what day it is, never mind when trash day is!) You cover electricity and your cable/internet needs. This is a locked building, adding to security. Nice, local landlords who are committed to fixing any problems that arise. We are looking for nice, responsible tenants :) There shall be no smoking of any sort. Lease comes with 2 parking spots! And a $200 fee to get all the keys and access codes from the HOA.
