Studio-Spring semester sublease/lease takeover Great north campus location: Ohio Stater Apartments (above Dunkin' Donuts, just across from campus) Furnished (full sized bed and mattress, fridge, microwave, dresser, built in desk area with chair) This is a single/studio apartment with your own private bathroom, there are common room kitchens with stove/ovens. Office staff and maintenance are always prompt and helpful. Mail is delivered to a personal mailbox and packages to the office. The room is great, with enough space for yoga or home-workouts, plus my plants love the light from the window. I am graduating this semester which is why I am moving out but have had a very positive experience here! Rent is $770 and includes all utilities, wifi, and basic cable. Parking passes for parking lot or garage are available for residents. Lease term would be from either middle of December or beginning of January to beginning of August.
