Laundry facilities located in building as well as additional kitchen and gym. Easy to pay on portal and request maintenance if necessary which they come very quickly. Can be furnished fully with bed and dressors if needed. Already comes with fridge and microwave. Ready for move in now as a sublease. As I am moving by October 1st to a 2 bedroom. $500 security deposit and pay for parking spot if needed which varies from $700-$900 for the full year. All payments will be made directly to the apartment once you are interested and tour etc and I communicate with them that you would like to takeover my lease and they assist you with the paperwork and payments.
