Newer storm doors, and almost all windows have been replaced with energy-efficient tilt-in windows, appointed with designer bottom up/ top down blinds. The house has an atypically large amount of glass for its period. Whole house basement woodstove can be used as supplemental whole-house heat, or just to heat the basement. Full basement with ample overhead florescent light fixtures, was used as a furniture shop. Brand new washer, Maytag natural gas dryer, dehumidifier, a ref./freezer in both the basement and kitchen.
