Room comes with: -AC unit -storage space in the closet and communal area -lock on bedroom door -shares bathroom (mirror, shower, sink, toilet) and small communal area with one other person (also female identifying). Downstairs kitchen (shared with four other tenants) has: -dishwasher -garbage disposal -two refrigerator/freezer units Downstairs communal area has a couch and table and a bathroom (shared by three male identifying roommates). There are two porches/decks accessible through the main floor (downstairs). Washer/dryer are in the basement, coin-operated. The house has high-speed WiFi. Please reach out if you can take the lease for the whole term (November 1st to August. 31st 2027), for the rest of the Fall Semester (November 1st to December 21st 2027), or for the Spring/Summer Semester (January 1st to August 31st). Tenant looking to occupy room would be taking over 10 months of a 12 month lease (subletting) from November 1st 2026 - August 31st 2027.
