Available June 1. Our adorable Cozy Cottage was built in 1880 and has been fully restored with modern conveniences including a full size kitchen. We require a minimum of 30 days rental but will take longer stays, especially for traveling medical professionals with 3+ month contracts with local hospitals. We have hosted quite a few traveling nurses. The Cozy Cottage sits behind our big Main House where our #1 rated B&B hosts guests for shorter term stays of just a few days. The owner is on site. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, and DirecTV, plus weekly laundry service for a small $20 tip to our housekeeper in the Big House who will wash, dry, fold and return your laundry to the Cozy Cottage in a laundry basket. Cottage guests may also enjoy sitting on the big piazza of the Big House. We have hosted many guests who want to be in the Historic District near hospitals, the best restaurants and attractions, and the charm that makes the Historic District so desirable. There is ample free parking on the street in our neighborhood, unlike many neighborhoods on the peninsula. We do not accept pets or service dogs; don't even bother to ask.
