I'm looking to sublet my cozy apartment, I love living there but am needing to move before the lease is up. The apartment is very large for a one bedroom with a great lay out, natural sunlight, and lots of storage. I enjoy two bedroom closets, a linen closet in the restroom, a large pantry as well as cleaning closet. Unlike the photos the wood floors continue into the dining area. The AC and central heating work great and, being on the top floor, I have lots of quiet and privacy. There is also a balcony that overlooks the courtyard and is just off the pool. I also cannot recommend the neighborhood enough, with full access to all the north Burnet and Lamar eateries, bars, coffee shops and access to downtown and UT. The lease goes until January 12th, 2020.
