About the unit: - 700 square feet (large unit!) - 3rd (top) floor of building - hard floors throughout (no carpet) - 2 closets and ceiling fan in bedroom - full bathroom with upgraded fixtures, large cabinet - galley kitchen with upgraded counters and appliances, gas stove, large pantry - large living area with coat closet - large dining area - unit will not be furnished (I'm moving out and taking my belongings with me), but I will be selling my couches, coffee table, and one dresser so could throw those in for you. About the complex (Kensington): - on-site management and maintenance - swimming pool - courtyard & outdoor grills - laundry room in building - plenty of parking - pet friendly About the sublease: I am moving out at the end of March, but my lease goes through September 10. Looking for someone to take over the lease for the remainder of the term (through September 10). You would be signing a lease through the management company, meaning you need to be approved in their system and would pay rent directly to them. You could re-sign with them after September 10, but until then you'd be locked into the $990/month rate I currently pay.
