The apartment is 750 square feet, all gas appliances, *cold* A/C, a really great breakfast bar, two large closets in the master bedroom(one of them is a walk-in) and a good sized, really well lit bathroom.It has a private pool for the complex, it's around ~wonderful~ quiet neighbors. It is also really clean(as I had allergies) and includes a paid pet deposit. If you want to move right in,(come-on it's the deal of the century!) all we'd need is the office to approve your financials, and the place is yours!The area is really great, and the complex has been wonderful. There's a good mix of old folks, families, and younger people.
