Welcome to Grandma's country cottage! This cozy home has been re-modeled from the inside out. It offers all of the modern conveniences & updates, yet gives an ambience of the simple days of country living. It is centrally located between Denver, Lincolnton, & Maiden, so supermarkets, shopping, & restaurants are 6-8 miles away, yet privacy & solitude abound at this location. Your next-door 'neighbors' are several cows in the pasture. The home has a wrap-around driveway that brings you to the back door. You enter through the back door, just like the 'old southern' tradition of friends & neighbors coming to the back door. Enter into the kitchen & eat-in dining area, where you will find a kitchen with bright white cabinets & appliances, a copper sink, an old world faucet, a galvanized metal back-splash, rough-edged granite counter-tops, & old-time light fixtures. Enjoy coffee at the re-purposed buffet/bar in the sunny kitchen or at the dining table. Retreat to the 'parlor' (living room) for an afternoon to read a book, watch a movie on Sling or Amazon Prime, or work on your laptop. Pick a cozy bedroom for the evening; each has a queen bed, a chest for your clothing & a luggage rack for your suitcase. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. The first bathroom offers Grandma's re-purposed dresser as a vanity. A chiseled-marble vessel sink & a waterfall faucet complete the set, while a stainless-steel back-splash brightens up the space. The second bathroom offers a walk-in shower, & a generous closet which is tucked away behind a curtain of galloping stallions. Spend an evening in the back yard; it has outdoor seating, solar lighting, and lots of peace and quiet. You may see a turkey or two wandering through the wooded area. This is a SHORT TERM RENTAL only (90 days maximum). It is fully furnished, with all utilities included (including wi-fi). Month to month lease at $3300/month, $2000/security deposit, $120/cleaning fee, additional pet fee if applicable. Your pet must be spayed or neutered, and have current flea medication. Maximum of 4 persons in the home. Absolutely no smoking inside!
