    This FURNISHED house is located in Keene, TX. which is a small university town of Southwestern Adventist University. It's about 20-30" from Ft. Worth, approximately 15" from Burleson, and around 10" from Cleburne. It's completely furnished including linens, kitchen ware, furniture, rugs, art, mirrors, and vacuum. You can just bring your own personal items and be ready to go. This is new construction with granite countertops, custom-made cabinets, ceramic-tiled bathroom, and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The main house is about 2900 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area, living room with fireplace, utility room with washer and dryer, and a 2 car garage. There is a studio or mother-in-law suite which is attached to the main house via a door which has now been locked, blocked, and sealed. The studio has its own private entrance and tiny patio and is currently rented. This main house could be ideal for someone who is waiting for their own house to get finished building, someone needing a place to stay temporarily while on a business assignment, or someone requiring a separate office space. Rent is $2500/month, and the deposit is $2500 for any lease 6 months or more. Renters are responsible for utilities, Wifi, and yard maintenance. 1st month's rent of $2500 and deposit of $2500 has to be paid before move-in. Background/credit checks, work and rental history are required. This property will be available October 1, 2025 for rent. No pets are preferred, but for well behaved, well-kept pets, there is a non-refundable fee of $250/pet. If you prefer to bring your own furnishings, it can be arranged for the house to be cleared. This house was set up as an AirBNB in the past hence the furnishings. Keene, this house's location, has a small-town feel but you're within a short driving distance from stores, restaurants, and bigger city life. In Keene itself, there are a few mom-and-pop restaurants, Dollar General, gas station, post office, duck pond, and a book store if you don't want to fight crazy traffic on the freeways. The town is small enough that you could literally bike or walk to any of these places and be there in minutes. The University also has several programs that are open to the public and can be quite interesting, thought-provoking, or entertaining. When this house was first built in 2022-2023, it was listed as being in Cleburne, TX. I'm not sure why because it's right behind Keene, TX. City Hall. I think it may have had something to do with the fact that it used to be a lot of country and farmland. There is more development in the area, and it's not as rural as it once was. Sorry for the confusion. This is a furnished rental which is a 4 bedrooms 2 bath house. It has lots of windows for natural light, vinyl plank flooring, a fireplace, granite countertops, custom made cabinetry, a stone-tiled, walk-in shower with separate tub in the master bedroom, full tub with shower in the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen, living area, and dining room are built with an open plan which can easily accommodate large parties or more intimate gatherings. This house has a studio or mother-in-law suite attached to the house. The door between the main house and the studio has been blocked, locked and sealed because they are currently being rented as separate rentals. Both the studio and main house have their own private entrances with keypad locks. No pets or smoking are permitted. Access is only to the main house and not the studio which is currently rented. The house is within 1-2 miles of Southwestern Adevenist University and is located right behind Keene's city hall. It is within 1/2-1 hour of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Renter is responsible for rent, utilities, trash pickup, WiFi, and lawn upkeep.
