Four level home on a cul de sac close to walking trails and to South Park Mall. I live in the upper part of the house and am looking to rent the bottom floor which has been converted into a fully furnished living space. The dark wood floors, paint, bathroom, bedroom and livingroom furniture are all new. Additionally there is a kitchenette, screened in porch, outside patio, and access to a washer and dryer. * Kitchenette does not have a stove but does have other cooking appliances * All utilities and Wifi are includedd " Rental is for 1 person * No smoking or pets Living space is for one person only. Rental is for 6 months but will consider a 3 month agreement. Owner pays for all utilities and internet. Rent is due on the first of the month and is paid directly to owner by agreed upon method. Security Deposit of $500 is due upon signing rental agreement. This deposit will be used for any damages caused by tenant or cleaning of rental that is still needed after tenant has moved out. A before and after inspection checklist will be signed by both parties to ensure there is no misunderstandings as to condition and inventory of furnishings before and after. The security deposit is refundable fully or partially within 5 days of final inspection and dependant on outcome of inspection. Parking is available on street in front of house. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
