Subject to the provisions of this Lease, the Tenant(s) are entitled to the use of parking on or about the Property. 5. The Tenant(s) are responsible for the payment of all utilities in relation to the Property. 6. The Tenant(s) will not assign this Lease, or sublet or grant any concession or license to use the Property or any part of the Property. Any assignment, subletting, concession, or license, whether by operation of law or otherwise, will be void and will, at Landlord's option, terminate this Lease.
