More insulation was added in the attic to keep the electric bill down. The attic has extra storage flooring for storage space. The backyard is fenced-in. A lawn mower is provided; the tenant is responsible for cutting grass. The manager can arrange for the grass to be cut for a very reasonable fee. There is a community pool, basketball, and tennis courts. They are nice neighbors with owners on both sides. The fenced yard protects children and allows for gentle pets. Fifteen minutes to downtown, UCF, or the airport. Within walking distance to buses, drug stores, and supermarkets. $1,950/ month, $1,950 deposit.
