We pay for hoa which covers snow removal, lawn maintenance. Now the best part. It is located just 6 minutes away from mass ave and downtown. 10 minutes away from Pacers/Fever games. 10 min away from IUPUI campus. Goose the market is only 2 blocks away. Mash craft and loco are another 2 blocks. There are 2 parks which (guess what) are also within 2 blocks. It is a great neighborhood with easy access to everything you could want downtown while still feeling like you're in a neighborhood with trees and families. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Pets can be allowed upon approval only at our discretion. No smoking tobacco indoors
