The rental is a private second floor apartment with a living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and three bedrooms. All rooms are furnished as this space is a tourist rental during tourist season. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has bunk beds. Has an upper balcony porch as well and backyard area with picnic table. This is a fully furnished unit and includes all utilities (Gas, Electric, Water and Internet). The rental also has driveway parking. Please note that this unit is only available until MARCH 1st 2025. Beyond that date it will not be available to any tenants. We rent month by month during November to March only. Tenants will need to vacate the rental no later than March 1st.
