Our FULLY furnished and ready to move in space is a great place for a family, traveling nurses or business people needing a place to stay for a month at a time (or less if needed). Located in a safe, close knit neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY. The rental is a private apartment with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath, and two bedrooms (queen and bunk bed). It is located on the lower floor. The rental also has driveway parking. Bus stop at the corner, UBER and Lyft available. Includes laundry, all utilities, Wi-Fi, fully furnished, kitchen wares. We rent month by month during November to March only. Tenants will need to vacate the rental no later than March 1st. A lease agreement would include a security deposit and the first months rent and an agreement on house rules. - No Smoking or any kind including marijuana and e-cigs. - No parties - Electric, Gas and Water included as well as Internet. - Single space for parking in rear of home. - No pets
