Located in a safe, close knit neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY. The rental is a private apartment with an office, living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath, and one bedroom. It is located on the top floor. The rental also has driveway parking. Bus stop at the corner, UBER and Lyft available. Includes laundry, all utilities, Wi-Fi, fully furnished, kitchen wares. We rent month by month during November to March only. Tenants will need to vacate the rental no later than March 1st. A lease agreement would include a security deposit and the first months rent and an agreement on house rules. No Smoking or pets allowed.
