Condo has designer touches throughout, an indoor washer dryer and smart tv in the bedroom . I have been a man Airbnb superhost for 10 years without exception but the building is no longer allowing short term rentals , only 30 day minimum. I am looking for a single occupant needing a mid term rental but not permanent. I am a professional and keep a tidy and peaceful home. Looking for someone similar . Month to month lease.
