This is a furnished one bedroom apartment at the back of the primary house (sharing a common wall). The bedroom and bathroom are good sized and comfortable. The other room is an all purpose room- housing a washer/dryer, medium sized kitchen table, desk, loveseat, tv, kitchen sink, countertop and cabinets. The kitchen is small but functional- two burner induction stove and microwave, but no oven. There is a nice, desert landscaped common yard and a small private yard as well. Small to medium sized dogs are welcome as long as they are good with other people and other dogs. This is a very comfortable, very quiet and well maintained apartment in a nice neighborhood. The apartment best suited for a single person, but could accommodate a couple since there are two sitting areas (a recliner in the bedroom and a loveseat in the family room). Four people can sit at the table but that would be cozy. Please contact me with questions, etc before applying. All utilities are split- water based on number of tenants in the separate units, electricity based on the square footage of the unit and preferred temperature settings (each unit has its own thermostat). Internet and cable television are the responsibility of the tenant. There is off street, uncovered parking for one car per unit. There is also plenty of on street parking on the wide, residential street. No smoking indoors. Gay friendly. A short term lease is available at the start of the rental to ensure the place is a good fit for you.
