The other room is an all purpose room- housing a washer/dryer, small dining table, loveseat, tv, and kitchen. The kitchen is small but functional- two burner induction stove and microwave, air fryer but no oven. There is a nice, desert landscaped common yard and a small private yard as well. Small to medium sized dogs are welcome. This is a very comfortable, pretty quiet and well maintained apartment in a nice neighborhood. Please contact me with questions, etc before applying. All utilities are split- water based on number of tenants in the separate units, electricity based on the footage of the unit and preferred temperature settings (each unit has its own thermostat). Internet access is available but cable television is not provided. There is off street, uncovered parking for one car per unit. There is also plenty of on street parking on a wide, residential street. No smoking indoors. A short term lease is available at the start of the rental to ensure the place is a good fit for you, if you'd like.
