I've been spoiled by having amazing tenants for years. This is an upper apartment, second and third floor of the home. The second floor has three bedrooms, the kitchen, dining and a living room. The third floor has a large primary room with another bathroom and large Den room. This was our personal home, we built out the attic to have a large space. Washer Dryer are upstairs in the master bedroom. You can put WD in basement also if preferred. Hardwood on the second floor, and pergo on the third floor. Small balcony on the front. The little "Juliet balcony" on the back is out of service- not for use. Corian countertops in the kitchen, and gas stove. There is a wood patio in the backyard. The detached garage has two parking spaces, but they are tight if you don't have a small car. The deal has been one car from the upstairs apartment and one car from the downstairs apartment. The street parking is plentiful. The tenants have been there about 10 years, and just bought a house, so I don't have any pics, but they will send some soon.
