The garage has two parking spots, but it is very tight unless you have a small car. In theory, one car from upstairs apartment and one car from downstairs apartment, I'm not sure how it's been recently. There is plentiful street parking also. Very close to Groppi's and the lake. Great house, Great neighbors, we loved living there. Hard to beat. Bayview is amazing. Pets on a case by case basis, may allow one dog, but it can NOT be a puppy or extremely elderly. No aggressive breeds period. Great house, tenants have been both upstairs and downstairs for 5-10 years, both just bought houses, so now I will be looking for amazing responsible tenants. We want people that will look after it like their own, be handy and reach out if anything goes wrong, or help is needed. This was our personal home, it is in such a great location! We miss it, and we want someone who will take great care of it in case we decide to move back in six years after military and kids fly. We were posted in Bayview with the Coast Guard back in the day.
