All properties are 100% smoke-free, and in case of any signs of smoking, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax charged. Guest agrees not to set the temperature lower than 70F or above 78F degrees. An unauthorized additional guest will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax charged. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM.
