The large bathroom has 2 sinks & a walk in shower. It also has shower curtains so one person can be showering, while another is at the sink. There is separate multipurpose room beside the bathroom that can be used as a desk or vanity for getting ready for your day. Front loading washer & dryer are available for guests to use. Private covered sitting area with a porch swing out front. The back yard is fenced in & is shared with the other side of the house. In addition to chairs and a table, feel free to use the full size propane or charcoal grill. The house is clean & well maintained. It is located in a good historic neighborhood in south Clintonville. It is very centrally located and close to all that Columbus has to offer. All utilities & Wifi are included with your rent. $2400 month. No smoking inside the unit. No parties or events. We can offer stays (2 night minimum), or short term or longer leases. PLEASE NOTE: We have 4 BnB's right beside each other, each housed in one of two duplexes.
