Private space includes a room and a closet. The room is large enough to comfortably fit a bunk bed or a queen size mattress and two desks. The room does not come furnished. Shared space includes living room and kitchen. Rent is $1250 for a single person, $1400 rent for two people. If you are applying with a roommate, please submit separate applications and notify me later. Utilities and internet will be shared equally between the landlord (me) and tenant(s). No pet deposit is required, but if you have a pet you will need to have pet insurance that covers the pet's liability. Preference will be given to applicants willing to sign a one year lease, but feel free to email me if you want a month to month lease and I may consider it. Convenient location with easy access to Caltrain, VTA light rail, and Downtown San Jose which is perfect if you are a Stanford, SCU, or SJSU student or a working professional desiring convenient access to transit. No smoking allowed inside. Overnight guests require 24 hour notice and prior approval from me. Pets require pet insurance.
