All utilities included (water, gas, electric, wifi), THE HOUSE -Built in Summer 2023, in pristine condition. - Kitchen/Dining includes a large island and plenty of seating, a large refrigerator with a water filter, a pantry, and LOTS of kitchenware for you to use. - Big screen TV (Roku) in Living Area with cable and streaming included (Netflix, Paramount+, Apple+, Max) - Washer and Dryer are located on the second floor, down the hall from the available bedroom. - At-home gym! I've converted the loft space into a studio style gym and have an on-demand membership to LesMills, which you would be available for you to use. This includes weights, a bike, and resistance bands. - You can either park in the attached garage (I will have an extra opener for you), or along the street (there is ample free parking throughout the neighborhood). Please note: I live here along with my senior siberian husky (15 years old), as well as one very doggish cat (7 years old). I you are not an animal person, this will not be the right house for you, but if you are an animal lover, you will find this to be a very tranquil home with great energy. I take full responsibility for cleaning up after the animals, but will ask that you help keep common areas and your bathroom clean. GOOD MATCHES could be: - Professionals that are mature, mindful of others, responsible, and take pride in where they live. (Preference would be to find another female in their late 20s-early 40s, but will consider a male roommate if it's truly a good fit.) - Someone that works out of DIA. - Traveling medical professionals, nurses, etc. - Pilots that need a place to sleep in between routes. - Airplane mechanics (we're close to hangars). - Someone that is new to the area and is looking for temporary housing before they sign a longer lease somewhere else. PROXIMITY The following is within a 10-15 minute drive from Sky Ranch: - Amazon Fulfillment Center - Aurora Sports Park - Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center - Denver International Airport - Buckley Air Force Base - Dry Dock Brewing Taproom & Disc Golf Course - Vista PEAK Exploratory & Preparatory Schools - Anschutz Medical Campus in Fitzsimons - Colorado Air & Space Port - Green Valley Ranch Town Center with King Soopers Within a 20-30 minute drive from Sky Ranch: - Southlands Shopping Center - Downtown Denver - Denver Tech Center - Cherry Creek Reservoir - Cherry Creek Mall - Month-to-month with a signed lease and roommate agreement. - Security deposit equal to one month's rent ($1,000) + first month's rent ($1,000) required to start. - For everyone's safety and comfortability, including the animals, I would prefer to start with month-to-month. If for whatever reason something changes at work and you need to move, I don't want anyone to be stuck either. But longer leases will be an option.
