The Kitchen is furnished with a Refrigerator and Stove and comes with an Air Fryer / Convection Oven, Microwave, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Fully furnished with Pots, Pans, Dishes, etc. Everything I used when I was there. The building is five stories with an elevator, about 12 steps from our door. It is very secure, with cameras in the lobby. The floor is tranquil and well-lit. We are on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. We have in-building laundry facilities. 6 Washers and Dryers. I almost didn't buy my home because I wanted in unit W/D. When I discovered the laundry was 1 flight up (5th floor) and had 6 W/D, I realized I could do my laundry much faster. Oh, the machines are new, added in 2022. When you get off work after a long day on your feet, Casa Diablo Vista will be your refuge and resort. The Keys is Non-Smoking in the buildings and common areas. I DO NOT rent to smokers or vapers. My home is in The Keys, a resort-like community with excellent amenities. The Iron Horse Trail is right behind the complex with a private gate. The Iron Horse is a flat walking and bike-riding trail that is over 22 miles long. The Contra Costa Canal Trail crosses the Iron Horse Trail, where you can walk to Heather Farms Park, Pleasant Hill, and Concord. If you like to hike good trails, you can hit the Shell Ridge Open Space and walk the miles of trails or climb Mt. Diablo. There are many trails around the East Bay a short drive away. We are within walking distance (.5 mile ) of downtown Walnut Creek. This community is very walkable (79 Walk Score), with many great restaurants, shopping, boutiques, The Lesher Center for the Arts, and more. On Sundays from 9 am - 2 pm is the Farmers Market, where you can pick up fresh vegetables and other goodies. There are 2 BART Stations nearby. The Walnut Creek station is within walking distance from the Condo. The Pleasant Hill BART station is a short drive or long walk away. You are less than a mile to Interstate 680 to go North to Sacramento, South to San Jose, and Hwy 24 to Oakland and San Francisco. Walnut Creek is home to 2 hospitals: John Muir Medical Center 1 mile Kaiser Permanente 1.2 miles There are also hospitals in Concord, San Ramon, and Martinez, all easily and quickly accessible from the highways. There are several restaurants right up the street that I frequent. Pinkys Pizza and Pub (.5 mile, short walk) If you want the BEST Pizza in town, go to Pinkys. Ask for the Tony G Thing if you want a gluten-free chicken pesto sandwich. The G is for gluten; the gluten-free pizza crust makes a great wrap for this sando. I like mine crispy. My go-to at Pinky's unless I want a pizza. It's named after me. Erica, Shannon, Butch, or Dan, the owner, will take good care of you. Tell them Tony or Atlanta, as they call me, sent you. There are many other places around that are excellent as well. I usually walk to them from the Iron Horse Trail, but a short drive. Walnut Creek has so many great restaurants and bars. The city is 79 on the Walkability Scale. Chicken Pie Shop Homemade chicken and other pot pies. WAAAY better than Marie Callenders. Bar Camino has superb Mexican food and bar. One of my favorites. The Chili Relleno with the Chicken Verde is, "Oh My Gawd," good. My two favorite nearby coffee/tea shops are: Caffe La Scala in downtown Walnut Creek (0.7 mi.) has great food, coffees, teas, pastries, etc. Bondadoso Coffee & Tea Collective is a short walk up Pine Street. (0.2 mi.) has great coffee and teas, and pastries. It's a fun atmosphere. You are in the best place to enjoy your stay. Close to work and easy access to Napa Valley, San Francisco, Sonoma, and only about 3 hours from Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, two great tourist attractions and amazing natural parks. This unit is rented fully furnished. 30-day minimum - 3-6 months Preferred. 1 year would be ideal. $3500 Security Deposit (Refundable), $3800 rent per month, paid by the 1st of the month. (Payment by Zelle, or Venmo. No Checks), Late Fee - $150 after the 5th of the month.
