The available unfurnished bedroom (approximately 11' x 12') comes with a private full bathroom and a garage parking space. You would be living with two other women in a comfortable, clean and welcoming home. The townhouse features an open-concept layout connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen, complete with a gas stove and a large island that is great for cooking and entertaining. There is also a loft space, along with a terrace and deck that are perfect for relaxing or hosting barbecues. The home is conveniently located on the Arlington border, just off Route 50. It is close to Bluemont Park and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants (please note it is not within walking distance to a Metro station, but there are nearby bus lines). Rent does not include utilities, which are shared among housemates and typically range from $50 $100 per month. The lease term is one year. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The lease is for a year with a refundable one-month deposit. All housemates are expected to complete their chore each week unless they are out of town.
