The community is gated with 2 pools, playgrounds, a gym and more! The property sits on a corner lot. The home does come full furnished but if you prefer to rent it empty and bring your own furnishings we can accommodate that as well. Subject to additional monthly rent. The property is a 1 year lease with a security deposit of $2,500. Part of the screening process is an application and background check. The fee for the background is $49.99 paid directly to the company conducting the check. Fee is non refundable. No smoking allow on the property and no pets.
