The house has a cool retro kitchen with original vintage tile work and freshly painted cabinets, washer/dryer, new hot water heater, fast wifi, and plenty of storage. Our yard has established beds for gardening and a furnished patio for relaxing and BBQing. The tenants are women and prefer a female or non-binary roommate. The room is bright, cozy, and clean with new carpet. This bedroom is completely furnished with cute Ikea furniture including nightstands and a full sized bed with new mattress and bedding. Storage includes two tiny closets, a 5 drawer dresser, and space under the bed. The best part of this room is the private balcony with city views in the winter and bright greenery from a cedar tree in the summer. Due to the size and storage of this space, it is best for someone with limited storage needs. Rent is $600 per month, which includes water, garbage, gas, electric, and lawncare. (Note: wifi is shared amongst tenants and costs about $12-20 per person).The rental agreement in month-to-month but we prefer someone who can stay for at least a year. There is a $600 security deposit, but that can be broken up over 2-4 months if needed. No pets allowed (sorry!) and we do require a background/credit/criminal check, and your application could be denied for any of those reasons.
