Cool, Downtown Apartment This is a cool downtown studio apartment located in a cute Victorian. It's within walking distance to the heart of downtown. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is a good example of downtown Victorian, loft living. We're sorry, but we don't allow pets and are 'no-smoking' inside the building. The utilities are not included in the rent but have averaged $77 so far this year. Of course, the utility bills will be higher in winter, lower in summer and the lowest in the fall.. We are located in the 300 block of Cascade and have off-street parking. We have an on-site laundry facility with Maytag washers and dryers. Very few apartments are closer to the heart of downtown. Come live in a safe, quiet apartment and walk to historic downtown. This apartment is not occupied and will be available to rent very soon.
