This apartment has hardwood floors, and is in a clean and quiet apartment building from the gold-mining era. The other tenants are professionals that are pleasant to be around. This is not a party house. It has a large kitchen area with a dishwasher and a very cool bathroom. For a studio apartment, it's quite large. It also has a little patio area outside. We're sorry, but we don't allow pets and are 'no-smoking' inside the building. We are located in the 300 block of Cascade, and have off-street parking. We have an on-site laundry facility with newer Maytag washers and dryers. Very few apartments are closer to the heart of downtown. Come live in historic downtown. Owner pays for trash.
