The fully furnished 1 bedroom rental unit includes linens, kitchen utensils, etc. All you need to bring is your toothbrush. Rent includes all utilities and WIFI. We are Pet Friendly! This is a mid term rental property that we usually rent to travel nurses. Their typical stay is 3 months. We are looking for someone who will stay a minimum 30 days, up to 6 - 9 months.
