This is an older home with simple finishes and character, priced with its affordability and overall condition in mind. It is not a luxury, boutique, or newly renovated property. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community.
