This is a short term furnished home 3/6 months. Super cute little bungalow built in 1920. All renovated. Very artistic super comfortable. I normally rent to traveling nurses / professors . I rather keep it empty than rent to a someone that doesn't fit. My husband and I live in the guest house. We're very quiet other than working on the yard you probably won't see me.. washer /dryer/ off street parking ( drive way ) Wi-Fi utilities. Up to $150 ( electricity) I do allow small dogs. I have wood floors in half the house. Larger dogs tend to scratch them up. No cats sorry. I've had the same ppl renting from me for the last 3 years. I would like to keep it 3 /6 months . Close to the UofA and Pima 4 th ave and downtown This is a short term lease up to 6 months and it's furnished. I pay all utilities Wi-Fi. No smoking inside. I live in the guest house with my husband and his son were very quiet. Maybe a bbq once a month. I do have a friend that brings her boxer puppy over a bunch. And doggie sit for her every now and then.
