Hello, this is my little bungalow built in 1912. It's all remodeled. I wanted to keep the coolness of it . It's wood floors in half the house and natural stone in the rest. It's not fancy but very artistic. I'm renting it as a short term rental up to 5/6 months with all amenities bed couches kitchen games everything you would need . I have been renting it out to traveling nurses the last year. I'm pay the utilities, but if it get out of control I'll need to ask for some cash. It talking like a lot electric is normally $150 a month gas is $60 water is about $75. So I'll pay up to that included with the rent it has a very lovely front and back yard. I keep up on it every week. Lots of humming birds and big old lizards in the yard. It has a claw foot bathtub that I love. I've owned the house for 24 years and I'm just in love with it. It's a one bedroom but it has 2 living rooms 1 bath it's a pretty big size. Private parking on the side of the house no permits needed. Lots of lights super safe. No cigarettes smoking vapes are okay. Dogs have to be socialized and good with others. I live in the guest house. It's far enough always you don't even know anyone is back there. I have tons of references from past tenants. Since it's all my art and music I ask that you respect it I'm super chill and like to drink wine out on my back porch.
