This is a large guest house that s about 1500sq with a front porch with outside ceiling fans. W/D open floor plan for the front of the house. This house is about 11 years old it s a custom home I built and designed. It s made out of rastra a recycled material that s very energy efficient. I ve only have 4 couples/ roommates that have lived here. It s a very quiet neighborhood but close to the UofA and Pima downtown and 4 th Ave. I live in the front house, super quiet and I take care of anything that needs to be done and I m outta of town a bunch. The back yard is shared and really shaded during the summer and spring. The floors are a polished concrete and I m stripping them and resealing them this week/ weekend.
