I'm looking for tenants in a 3 bedroom townhouse in North City Park with a June 1st, 2025 move in date. It has a west facing upper deck and views of the mountains. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is an additional half bath on the first floor. The apartment comes unfurnished. There is no backyard but a small lawn in the front and side. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. There is plenty of street parking available and it's a short bike ride to downtown! Looking for clean, respectful tenants. If you are interested I require a background check on all tenants, an application which includes 2 references, one month's security deposit, and verifiable income. Rent is 3000, not including utilities which typically range from $180 - 300 total ($60-100/month per person). House trained dogs may be considered and require a $500 non-refundable fee.
