I'm looking for tenants in a 3 bedroom townhouse in North City Park with a October 15th or November 1st, 2026 move in date to take over an existing lease until June 2027 but lease term is negotiable. It has a west facing upper deck and views of the mountains. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is an additional half bath on the first floor. The apartment comes unfurnished. There is no backyard but a small lawn in the front and side. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. There is plenty of street parking available and it's a short bike ride to downtown! Looking for clean, respectful tenants. If you are interested I require a background check on all tenants, an application which includes 2 references, one month's security deposit, and verifiable income. Rent is 3000, not including utilities which typically range from $160 - 270 total for electricity, gas, water, and trash/recycling (~$53-90/month per person).
