We charge a $35 monthly AC fee during the summer months while you have your air conditioner installed in the window. We install your a/c for you in the spring and remove it in the autumn. When your A/C is removed from the window, the monthly fee stops. You pay for your own internet/cable tv from Spectrum. There is no laundry in the building but there are several convenient laundromats nearby. This is an excellent neighborhood for grocery shopping with Fairway and Citarella on 75th and Bway, Trader Joe's at 72nd, and Zabar's at 80th St. Also, it's an easy commute to midtown or local universities with the express subway stop on 72nd St and Bway.
