The living area has a large north facing window overlooking bucolic upper westside gardens. The passthrough kitchen is spacious and practical with a full fridge, dishwasher, stove and plenty of counter space and cabinets. The sleeping loft is accessed up a ladder. The loft is high enough to be comfortable and large enough for a queen size mattress. There is a built in storage closet are up there as well. There is a large closet on the main level between the kitchen and living space. There is a ceiling fan to keep things cool most months. Utilities (Electricity, Cooking Gas, Heat, Hot Water) are included in the rent. You pay for your own internet. We charge a $35 monthly A/C fee during the summer months when you have your air conditioner installed in the window. You buy your own A/C, we install it for you in the spring and remove it in the autumn before the heating season. The building is a very well maintained brownstone on West 76th Street between Riverside Drive and West End Avenue. We have a full time property manager, and full time super, and the owner lives very close by. No Dogs (because of severe allergies), but one cat is okay. Quiet, tree lined beautiful street, just a half block from lovely Riverside Park which is wonderful for walking, running and cycling. Great shopping 2 blocks away with Fairway and Citarella on Broadway, Trader Joe's at 72nd and Zabar's at 80th St. Express subway stop: 1, 2, 3 lines at 72nd and Broadway. The apartment is currently occupied so we are only making appointments for showings between the hours of 9am and 5pm daily.
