Landlord will provide landscape tidying at the beginning and end of the summer. Landlord will have the home professionally cleaned prior to the start of the lease. Lease is June 1, 2026 to May 20, 2027. Tenants may be permitted to sublease during the summer if they will not be present, but must get permission from Landlord and will be responsible for their subtenant.
